Brand New Blogging

This is my new blog so I don't have any material on it yet, but I did get close to the name I wanted.  Salty Earth (blog address saltyearthnotes) is meant to indicate that we are the salt of the earth, but like all salt, if we aren't careful, we can lose our saltiness.  Hopefully, this blog can be a tool to help maintain saltiness, and over time, I hope to have more people help do that with their contributions and/or links to their work as well. (See Matthew 5:13 and Mark 9:59.)
